1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using LinkGen, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of LinkGen after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
LinkGen provides a platform for creating short WhatsApp links, tracking clicks, and managing your WhatsApp business presence.
Features available depend on your subscription plan (Free Trial, Basic, or Pro).
3. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use LinkGen.
One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free trial account.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
LinkGen offers a 3-day free trial, Basic, and Pro subscription plans. Details of each plan are listed on the Plans page.
Subscriptions are prepaid and billed via UPI. After submitting payment proof, activation occurs within 30 minutes during business hours.
Subscriptions renew manually — we will not auto-charge you. You must renew before expiry to maintain access.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LinkGen for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
You may not create links that redirect to spam, phishing, malware, adult content, or any content that violates applicable law.
You may not use LinkGen to harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate account termination without refund.
6. Link Slugs & Availability
Short link slugs are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not guarantee any specific slug is available.
We reserve the right to reclaim slugs that violate these terms or that impersonate other brands.
7. Intellectual Property
LinkGen and its content (excluding your links and data) are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of any content you upload (payment screenshots, QR codes). By uploading, you grant us a license to display and store that content for service operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
LinkGen is provided 'as is'. We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days prior to the claim.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or any reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, your links will be deactivated and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of West Bengal, India.
