Our commitment

LinkGen offers a 3-day free trial with no credit card required. We encourage you to use the trial fully before subscribing. If something goes wrong on our end, we will make it right.

Eligible for refund

You were charged but your subscription was not activated within 24 hours of payment verification.

You experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, and we were unable to resolve it within 72 hours.

You were double-charged for the same subscription period.

You requested a refund within 48 hours of your first-ever paid subscription activation.

Not eligible for refund

Change of mind after the free trial has been used.

Refund requested after 48 hours of subscription activation.

Account suspension due to violation of our Terms of Service.

Partial month refunds — subscriptions are billed as full periods.

Free trial — no charge was made, so no refund applies.
